Consuming 1 teaspoon of ACV in a glass of water 30 minutes before lunch or dinner can be beneficial.
  2. Green Tea: Green tea is rich in antioxidants called catechins and contains caffeine, which can create a barrier against storing belly fat and boost metabolism. It also helps reduce the effects of free radicals and provides a feeling of satiety, preventing overeating. Including at least one cup of green tea in the evening meal can be beneficial.
  3. Coriander Seeds: Coriander is beneficial for the functioning of the thyroid gland, as it is rich in vitamins C, A, and K. A healthy thyroid and liver function promote rapid fat metabolism in the body. Consuming coriander seeds water as the first drink in the morning, obtained by soaking 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds overnight and boiling it, can be helpful.
