HOW to Start Gyro Ball

Step 1:Push

Wind-up the ball slowly by turning the rotor in the direction of the arrow. Alternate the left and right thumb while maintaining pressure on the rotor. You should feel some resistance building up as you wind up the rotor.The rotor should be fully wound within 10-15 steps.

Step 2:Release

Hold the wrist ball tightly and then release yours thumbs off the rotator immediately. At the same time ,turn your palm down slowly rotating your wrist to get the power to maintain the existing gyro ball or higher than the starting speed.

Step 3:Rotate
