| Safety | Resistance bands, no matter how high quality, come with the risk of snapping. Make sure to always use a combination of bands where you would not feel in danger if one snapped – according to your current strength and fitness. Never pull resistance bands – from any brand – directly towards your eyes! We also recommend wearing shoes as an extra precaution!
