Tips to Install POWER GUIDANCE Wall Anchor
- You’ll need to prepare a ¼-inch or bit, a stud finder, a ratchet, a pencil. ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES.
- You’ll need to find a stud in your wall, an overhead stud, or an overhead beam that is 7- to 9-feet off the ground.
- If you need to install overhead or on high ceiling, position the mount at least 3 feet away from the nearest wall to allow for 360° movement for training exercises.
- Confirm the drill bit size and hole depth. POWER GUIDANCE mount anchor fits 1/4″ or 3/8″deep.
What Should You Pay Attention To
- If you’ve never used a drill or a stud finder, or you don’t know the difference between a nail and a screw, please ask help for a pro to ensure the job’s done right.
- The POWER GUIDANCE Ceiling Mount Bracket CANNOT be anchored to drywall or plaster. It must be anchored to a stud to support your weight, you can install the resistance band anchor on concrete or wood wall.
