- Small, compact and transportable, you can take anywhere. Simple to start with a pull-string.And the ball with flashing LED ,all you need do is to increase the speed by making a rotational wrist movement and to keep in sync with the spinning of the ball.
- Smart Design — Power ball is small and compact but provides ample resistance via angular momentum for an intense workout; generate 26.8 lb-in of torque at 10,000 RPM
- Precision Made by its inventor — Computer balanced inner gyroscopic rotor with Stainless Steal Axle; Compatible With Digital Speedometer Sm-01 and Sm-02
This hand-held wonder spins at up to 15,000-plus RPM and uses angular momentum to give your fingers, hands, wrists and forearms a sweat-inducing workout. Just a few minutes a day with it can be equivalent to hours of full-motion work with a dumbbell or curl. It provides excellent strength-building benefits to athletes looking to hone their forearm and wrist strength. Plus, it’s really fun to operate! The compact, break-resistant design means you can toss it in your bag for strengthening on the go.
With your arm extended and the exposed part facing up, take the remaining string and quickly pull up. If done properly the ball will begin spinning. Using the hand that you prefer, take the Power Wrist Ball and begin to rotate your hand and wrist while trying to keep your arm steady to help accelerate the gyroscope until you have reached the desired speed. Continue to use until you are done. The first few times may be hard, but like riding a bike once you figure out how it works, it gets easier and easier to do. It will feel weird at first but try and pay attention to the subtle movements that the gyroscope gives to know how fast to rotate your hand and wrist.
Often times it helps to imagine there is a center point on the back of your hand. Make a circle around the center point when you hold the Power Wrist Ball. The motion of your hand rotating the Power Wrist Ball is similar to swirling Ice cubes in a glass or swirling wine in a glass. It’s not about how fast you rotate your arm, but rather figuring out how fast to rotate to help get the gyroscope to speed up.
Rotating to fast at first can often be counterproductive and cause the ball to slow down or stop. Try to synchronize the rotation of your wrist to the momentum and timing of the rotor’s gyration. The faster the rotor spins, the easier it is to operate.
